How We Charge For Our Services

Real Estate Appraisers - Residential
- $450.00 to $600.00 fixed fee for a residential lot (less than 1 acre)
- $550.00 to $750.00 fixed fee (single family home or condo)
My billing philosophy is based on transparency, fairness, and the level of professional work required for each assignment. Fees are determined by the property’s characteristics, the complexity of the assignment, the scope of work, and the research and analysis required. I discuss fees and expectations with clients upfront so there are no surprises. My goal is to provide thorough, well-supported appraisals and professional service at a fair and reasonable fee.
