Demolition - Residential
- $5.00 to $10.00 per square foot
- $6,500.00 to $12,000.00 fixed fee (house, no basement)
- $8,000.00 to $14,000.00 fixed fee (house with basement)
I do a site visit for every project, I do my homework on the scope, difficulty or ease of the project in question and give a fair estimate based on all the factors present.
