How We Charge For Our Services
|
Handyman Services - Residential
- $30.00 to $50.00 per hour (plus parts and materials)
Each project is different as such we are unable to provide a flat rate. We do honest work.

Home Inspection Services
- $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $400.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $600.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Each home is different and the size will determine the final cost. Typically the larger the home the more work is needed to complete the inspection.

Radon Gas - Mitigation & Containment
- $750.00 to $1,200.00 for typical residential system (suction-based)
- $750.00 to $1,200.00 for typical residential system (fan-based)

Radon Gas - Testing or Inspection
- $125.00 to $175.00 fixed fee for radon test (typical four bedroom home)
