What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Don't wait till the last few days to call and set up an appointment. Call as soon as you get the ok from your realtor or attorney. Ask inspector how long they have been in business and how many inspections have they preformed. Ask how long a typical inspection takes, and the quality of their report.

How long does an inspection take?
A typical home inspection usually takes 2-4 hours, but I don't rush through my inspections, so they could take longer.

If you are a senior citizen and ask me I will give you a discount, I couldn't say no. I do offer veterans a discount with proper military id, though.
