How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $275.00 to $295.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $325.00 to $475.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $475.00 to $600.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $295.00 to $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Inspections are paid either prior to the inspection with a credit card via PayPal or at the end of the inspection where cash, check or PayPal is accepted.

Roof - Inspection
- $125.00 to $150.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
