Make sure the company is on the same page as your idea. Really ask questions of how. Have the company explain in detail how the remodel will start, work through and finish. Do not accept short answers like you are annoying the prospective company. Your satisfaction on the screening process is the first step to a long lasting trust and working relationship.

We recently renovated a small bathroom. The project was peir and beam. When it was to it's studs, we realized the problems with rotted subflooring, we talked to the client and proceeded to replace the flooring. Not before adding new joists, we finished the entire floor just for cost of material. We discussed and decided no other labor charges were necessary. The solution was satisfactory for both parties.

We accept Cash, Check, Credit and have three different options for financing. We have been known to add an in-house payment structure for Senior Citizens on a tight budget.
