What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Don't assume that a high commission fee guarantees a higher sales price. My advice is to demand an 'apples-to-apples' comparison. Ask every agent you interview for a written list of their services. If they are charging 6%, but a full-service 1% agent is offering the exact same marketing (Professional Photos, MLS, Lockbox, Signage, and Negotiation), you need to ask why you are paying the difference. In today's tech-driven market, efficiency saves money. Look for an agent who passes those savings on to you, rather than keeping them as overhead.
