- $16.00 to $26.00 per square foot (pressure treated pine)
all porches are unique and need to be estimated on a site visit basis. Generally 2 story go for 11.900 and 3 story go for 17,900
Includes architect plans and permits.

Deck or Porch - Enclose or Cover
- $19,000.00 to $29,000.00 fixed fee (enclose existing deck or porch)
Install vinyl or steel siding to meet required fire ratings.drywall interior with one coat tape.Electrical work included.

Deck or Porch - Repair
- $35.00 to $50.00 per hour (plus materials)
Repairs are rear and the porch must be in great shape. most porches should be replaced especially if there is lead paint.
