My name is Jim Gartrell and I am a business and marketing consultant to small and medium sized businesses in the Lakeland area.

In todays troubled market everyone is feeling the pinch. Sales are down, fewer and fewer customers. People that have been coming to your establishment for years are finding someplace else to shop that they feel is more "convenient".
