Quiz: Are you getting enough Omegas?

1. Are you taking an EPA/DHA supplement?

The average ratio of 2:1 Omega 6 to Omega 3 fats in the American diet can be devastating to our health. The appropriate ratio? Somewhere between 2:1 and 1:1 according to many health experts.
