Contractor's Duties

As a business owner I believe that we have a duty to the potential clients to treat them in a fashion as we ourselves want to be treated. We should stand by our word and be punctual. If we are unable to provide the service that is requested of us we should happily point them in th directio of someone who can. Our businesses are affected by our customers opinions of our ethics and work abilities. It seems to me that no amount of advertising can make or break a business like word of mouth can. It has been my experience that a happy customer will be a return customer and wll also be more apt to reccommend others to the business . So we should all follow the golden rule of do unto others as we would like them to do unto us..
