How We Charge For Our Services
Home Inspection Services
- $305.00 to $375.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $325.00 to $450.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $950.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $325.00 to $385.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Price is not solely based on square footage. Items such as the age of the home and it's systems, location, crawlspace, basement condition, furnishings, and other factors may adjust the cost of a home inspection.

Roof - Inspection
- $175.00 to $250.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
Pitch, slope, condition, height, and accessibility can all adjust the cost of a roof inspection.

Structural Inspections - Residential or Commercial
- $0.18 to $0.22 per square foot
Age, accessibility, and location are all factors that may adjust the cost of a structural inspection.
