Amiable, professional, efficient, thorough! Great experience all around. It starts with the ease of booking online. You enter the property information, buyer's and seller's agent (most often already in the system), and then pick a date. You'll be offered a couple of time slots on that day. I scheduled an inspection on a Monday for that Thursday! They send the contract and confirmation via email, including a Google Calendar reminder.
Once Tom understood my husband's intentions for the old house in Volcano Village he was inspecting, he changed his tact and focus to accommodate our vision. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the needs of the property. Our inspection report was detailed and the photos very informative. Highly recommend.
I purchased a home in Keaau, site unseen from the main land. Because of this, I was unable to inspect the property myself. Tom, owner of Pacific Inspection Group was recommend to me. He did a great job, his report include photos, explanations of what the inspection included. He made helpful suggestion on what could be done to resolve any issues, that the home had. Tom was extremely thorough with our inspection and walking us through the report afterwards. He answered all of our questions quickly and explained everything to us in great detail. We were especially impressed with his website. We were able to schedule the inspection, handle all payments online and sign all paperwork online.

I was referred to Tom by my agent and he inspected a car wash building that i am buying. His report was extremely detailed with lots of photos pointing out even the smallest concerns. Very comprehensive and detailed report.
