We do a walk through with residential clients to insure they are happy. Commercial is normally done overnight and there is usually a learning curve on each building. But end game goal is that the client is happy with services immediately.

Recently took on a 7000 sq ft post construction clean up. Man oh man was it a monster. I factored in 50 man hrs to handle it, come to find out their was a few things that weren't seen in initial walk through. Price stayed same, but did take an extra half day to complete. That was on me, but all in all the client was super happy and able to move in next day.
