What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Make sure you feel comfortable with the person and always, always check their portfolio. Make sure they can explain the thinking behind the photos in their portfolio, this way you can be sure they have the required knowledge for your project. Make sure they are accredited with either the HSR,AHSRA,RESA or HSRA.

Home Staging and Color Consults are by far the most common although the color consultations often lead not design work with clients

In Home Staging we try to repurpose most items within the home. We are always looking at the environmentally friendly paints from our main suppliers Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Morris

We try to go above and beyond for our clients. With the Home Staging we don't just leave the home and thats that we also try to help the Realtor sell your home by visiting the property everywhere we can, we feature it on our Facebook and google pages and also send out emails to local realtors and real estate agents so that everyone is aware of the newly listed property, anything to drive more potential buyers to the real estate agent for showings.
With the Color consultations it isn't just about what wall and floor colors to choose we incorporate design aspects as well as we walk through the home.

Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?

Whilst we don't offer a formal warranty or guarantee we are always happy to readdress any issues any of our customers have with our work. It is impossible to guarantee with Home Staging that your home will sell as there are a lot of other factors involved as well including price but from evidence in the past we know it certainly helps for a faster sale.

Why should I stage my home?
Today's buyers have changed they are impatient and have little time, they want you to show them the lifestyle they could have if they lived in your home, this isn't done just at the viewing but before that with the visiting photographs so a beautifully presented home must have equally beautiful photographs to entice the buyers, we provide you with all of that as part of our staging service

A recent color consultant for a lady who loved color and had a different color in every room of her house. Our color consultant walked with her through every room while she told us about her likes and dislikes and we then came up with a color scheme that showed off all the customer's wonderful art work and artifacts while timing all the rooms into a consistent whole. The bright color was still there but there was a flow now to the home.

Perfect Match was founded in 1989 when we lived in the UK and dealt with interior design concepts including the soft furnishings and window treatments. When we moved over the pond to Florida in 2013 I added the Homes to the title and added the Home Staging Services and more recently the Color Consultancy
