Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: Watch out for companies that do in house engineering! It's always good to have separate companies opinions or repairs designs. If nothing else have repairs observed by outside source.
How We Charge For Our Services
Concrete - Sawing, Demolition or Removal
- $4.50 to $6.50 per square foot (for demolition and removal of 4" slab)
- $15.00 to $25.00 per linear foot (for saw cutting 4" slab)
Always agree on LF or SQFT of intinded work with the customer before you give the estimate

Concrete Patio - Install
- $4.50 to $6.50 per square foot (4 inch reinforced slab)
If you are always up front and extremely clear with the customer there should never be an issue with your bill

Concrete Slab Leveling or Mudjacking
- $5.00 to $6.00 per square foot (of slab being raised)
I try my hardest to stay on budget with what I quote! We always drill 1-2 test holes before we estimate to find out size of voids. We also will deduct from quote if we are way under in quantities.
