What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

When looking to hire a home inspector I'd suggest reviewing professional training completed and license # and insurance coverage for the company your considering. Price is always a consideration however cheaper is not always better in our business. The best home inspectors will provide you with an objective look at the property as a whole giving you a basis on making what is likely one of the most important decisions of you life. Most inspectors are reputable and have proper training. Go with the inspector whom when initially discussing your needs is open and forthright in answering all your questions and interested in what's important to you and your schedule.

How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $300.00 to $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $450.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $500.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Up to 3000 sq feet is up to $300. Over $300 sq feet is additional $.10/sq foot additional outbuildings usually $50-100 extra unless extreme size. Reinspection based on distance and time expected for additional inspection
