How We Charge For Our Services

Ceramic Tile - Repair
- $30.00 to $45.00 per hour (plus materials)
All Jobs are based on a Flat Rate Average of between 3 to 4 Hours/ 4 to 6 Hours/ or 6 to 8 Hours!!

Natural Stone (Granite, Marble, Slate, etc) - Repair
- $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
- $150.00 to $350.00 per visit / by session
Average material cost is 35.00 to 50.00 so if a large job takes approx 7 hours and the material cost is 35.00 and the labor is 45.00 X 7 = 315.00 plus the materials the total cost of job is $350.00

Porcelain Tile - Repair
- $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
- $155.00 to $350.00 per visit / by session
Average material cost is 35.00 to 50.00. So if its a small job takes about 4 hours thats 30.00 X 4= 120.00 plus 35.00 material the total job cost $155.00

Tile - Removal
- $25.00 to $50.00 per hour
- $25.00 to $50.00 per square foot
All Jobs for Removing Broken Tile to Replace new Tile is 25.00 wich includes everything from taking out old to re install new and grout joints material cost maybe a couple dollars from left over materials from previous Jobs

Tile, Stone, Marble - Clean, Grout, Polish and Maintain
- $18.50 to $25.00 per hour
- $1.50 to $2.50 per square foot (cleaning only)
- $3.00 to $4.00 per square foot (cleaning and sealing)
Based on amount of SQ FT will determine wheather its priced at SQ Rate or by Flat Rate broken down to hourly Rate!!
