How We Charge For Our Services
Air Ducts - Clean
- $329.00 to $650.00 to clean the air ducts of a typical two-story home (10 to 15 ducts)
We have a minimum of $179 for up to 7 vents additional vents are $25 each Furnace is $79

Carpets or Rugs - Clean at Home
- $25.00 to $35.00 per room (no furniture)
- $25.00 to $35.00 per room (with furniture)
We have a minimum charge of $89 which would cover cleaning up to 3 areas

Carpets or Rugs - Clean Offsite
- $0.49 to $1.19 per square foot
We charge $55 for pick up and delivery prices vary based on rug type.

Carpets or Rugs - Cleaning for Business
- $0.08 to $0.25 per square foot (no furniture)
The greater the square footage the cheaper the cost

Dryer Vent - Clean
- $109.00 to $179.00 per dryer vent
ground level exit up to 12 feet is $109 additional per foot is $8

Ducts & Vents - Repair
- $75.00 to $145.00 per hour (plus materials)
The cost is $75 per hour plus the cost of materials
