How We Charge For Our Services

Bathroom - Remodel
- $4,000.00 to $10,000.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom)
Bathroom remodeling usually ranges from $50 per square foot to $100 per square foot depending on tile, cabinetry, faucets, etc.

Ceiling Fan - Install
- $80.00 per hour (to install pre-purchased fan)
I charge my regular hourly fee to remove an existing fan and install and assemble a new fan plus materials if I need to supply any. To install a new fan in a new location, the same would apply.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace
- $80.00 per hour (plus parts)
I charge my regular hourly fee of $80.00 plus materials.
