Plumbing supply line for bathroom addition tapped at outside faucet, run underground (about 8 inches) along outside of wall, then up the wall to the bathroom. The larger pipe next to it is the waste pipe of course which is routed around a tree stump and connected but not secured to a pipe traveling uphill to the septic connection.

Mr. Erb is very professional; his home inspection was very comprehensive; I received his written report within 24 hours of the actual inspection; he identified two very significant issues that I did not even notice when I inspected the property; he probably saved me over $20 thousand. Obviously, I would highly recommend his service.
My Husband thought he knew about homes... I paid for a home inspection..My Husband found out he did not know as much as he thought. Comments: Patrick is very professional and HONEST!!... I wasn't able to get out to the home before he done with the inspection. The home was still being lived in by the family and when Patrick called me he advised me that it wasn't worth me spending my gas to come up there. His pictures vs their pictures.. well let's just say his spoke in 1000's of words. Very nice guy, I have now found a different home and I will be having him come inspect that one also. I definitely recommend hiring Patrick Erb!!!!

Patrick was great throughout the home inspection process. He established communication early and often prior to the inspection. A thorough inspection and report was completed in a timely manner. He aimed to educate on some of the items that may or may not have been an issue to us. Patrick was also easy to contact and quick to respond to messages no matter which day of the week. He also performed the free follow-up inspection for the items the seller promised to fix. All of this from a genuinely kind man at a great price. Patrick Erb is highly recommended!
