How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 to $300.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $500.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $500.00 to $1,000.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $400.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Services are charged according to total (finished and unfinished) square footage, age of home, plus if additional buildings on the property, per agreement, are to be inspected. Typically a shed or a detached garage (if house dose not have a attached garage) are included in the cost.
