Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: It's important to know what needs you have in order to engage with the right professional. I would recommend doing an internal analysis and have a preprepared list provided for the potential consultant.

Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: I provide assistance with implementations, training, support, and business process enhancements for FinancialForce's Professional Services Automation (PSA), Accounting (FFA), and Reporting (Both FFR and Salesforce Reports). Within each of these tools, I have assisted companies as a Consultant, Administrator, Business Analyst, Support, and Project Manager.

Q: What would you like your customers to know about your company?
A: I work remotely from home and have flexible hours to better serve the needs of my clients; striving to complete work on time and on budget. If any roadblocks or potential issues arise, I communicate efficiently and effectually to the correct individuals to evaluate and discuss next steps for a solution. However, during the scoping process, I do attempt to understand your needs so any potential issues can be uncovered and discussed ahead of time as much as possible.

A: My variety of skills, professionalism, and ability to manage projects effectively.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? (cash, check, credit cards, etc.)
A: Check and bank transfers through Quickbooks; our invoices our sent out through Quickbooks and the tool allows you to directly pay me when you receive the invoice through email.
