1) All new repair parts come with a 5 Year Parts Warranty with 1 Year Labor Warranty.
2) All refurbished repair parts come with a 2 Year Parts Warranty with no Labor Warranty.
New AC Installations -
1) All new AC installations come with a minimum of a 10 Year Parts and Equipment Warranty...some come with a 12 Year or Lifetime Warranty (it all depends on the manufacture) and come with either a 3, or 5 Year Labor Warranty.

If it was your home what would you do? I say, I would do exactly what I am telling you to do. Which is if you plan on being in your home for a long time, then go with the new Amana system, because it has the Lifetime Replacement Unit Warranty.
Do I really need to get my AC system serviced and have a maintenance agreement? I say, absolutely you do. Think of our AC system as a living, breathing machine. You need to take care of it, clean the coils so it can breathe properly. Oil the fan motors. Check the compressor Amp draw. The more you think of your AC system as a living, breathing machine, the longer life it will last.

Innovative Solutions - Removed the 1 single 4 Ton AC system to a 3.5 Ton AC system and put the 2.5 Ton AC system upstairs in the attic and had the 2nd floor operate the 2.5 Ton AC system and the downstairs run the 3.5 Ton AC System.

- $5,800.00 to $7,900.00 for 5 ton unit (new ductwork installed)
