Are you looking for affordable office space? Are you looking for a community to network with? Would you like to be able to ask questions to a community of business experts about your business? Would you like some business mentoring and advising? Does it get lonely working at home all the time? Are you tired of the inconveniences of working at a cafe?

A:

We are switching all lighting over to LED.
We are installing sustainably grown bamboo flooring, bamboo grows back at incredibly quick rates.
We are a Benefit Corporation and will eventually become B Corp certified.
The president and vice president are both sustainability consultants and have a master's and post grad certificates in sustainable enterprise and teach sustainability courses in business.
We are and have been active in the sustainability community for several years.
We have a zero waste goal for our business, and will be signing up with Marin Clean Energy for our electricity.
Our space has massive windows on the south and west walls which let in copious amounts of natural sunlight.
We live in an area that rarely needs air conditioning.
We are located just a few blocks from the new Smart Train and the bus depot.
We will be installing a bike rack.
The VP does not own a car and gets around on bicycle.

What would you like your customers to know about your company?

We will be the entrepreneurial, business start-up, freelance and coworking community hub for Marin County. This is because we will also offer business incubator services. We will be the only entity to do so in Marin County, north of the Golden Gate Bridge, in downtown San Rafael at 1020 B St between 4th and 5th St.

There isn't much competition. What competition there is, is not based in downtown San Rafael, the largest central city in Marin County, and the county seat. We will also be the only coworking community space in Marin to offer business incubator services.
