Looks like we did eventually get the job and very thankful we did. Working through December and landscaping in winter is always appreciated!
The ground was frozen like a rock in one of the coldest winters on record.
We excavated 400 bags of soil by hand and the men didn't make a peep to complain.
Morale was pretty good, the materials delivery went well and everyone kept things moving.
Todd Nappi, owner of NY Plantings Garden Designers was there often to manage the project, providing "motivation" in his own special way.
