Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: The EPA say that we spend an estimated 90% of our time indoors, and that indoor air is 50 to 100 times worse than outside air. If you or a family member are sick and tend to get worse in your home or at work it may be related to poor air quality. There are many things that can contribute to poor air quality like allergens and fungal growth in your HVAC, off-gassing from new carpet or furniture, chemicals in the home, etc. And what may be fine for one person may make another person feel ill. Call us for tips, recommendations and cost saving DIY testing and solutions, we are happy to help. And if you need further help we are there for you too, with recommendations for reputable, knowledgeable experts in repair, remediation, pluming, crawlspace, roofing and more.

Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: Indoor air Quality testing and Mold assessment consultation are our most common services. But we also provide odor removal for home and automobiles. CE classes and MOLD awareness courses for Realtors, and HVAC professionals

Q: In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?
A: We use all natural solutions wherever possible for remediation and odor removal. We always use reusable equipment when possible with minimal waste, and electronic communication as often as possible to reduce our carbon footprint.

Q: What would you like your customers to know about your company?
A: Our company was started in 2013 by Wendy Michaelis, a mother who's daughter suffered from severe asthma attacks. She was desperate to find out why her daughter got worse at home. Wendy has since become a state licensed Mold Assessment Consultant Lic# MAC-1415 and created a process that can help other families track down and eliminate the source of illnesses causing allergens in homes and businesses.

Q: What is your company best known for?
A: We are best known for Mold Assessment Consultation, Dallas Green Building clearance certification and odor elimination (even cigarette smoke and cooking odors).

Q: What separates your company from the competition?
A: According to the World Health Organization there is a significant lack information for MD's about their patients environment - and little to no information about what they are exposed to in their environments, specifically where mold is concerned. We work with a variety of medical professionals, we educate individual offices and speak at medical conferences to help educate about the correlation of environmental exposure and illness. It does little good to get the body on the path to recovery when they continue to reintroduce the cause.

Q: Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?
A: Yes in some cases we can offer a clearance letter or CMDR.

Q: What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?
A: Most frequently asked question is "how much mold is too much?" The answer is, we don't know, The state has not set a limit on how much is too much. That falls to the Mold Assessment Consultant (MAC) to determine on an individual basis after full investigation and testing and they should take in to consideration the health of the current residents.

A: Yes 10% discounts for seniors are offered, and repeat customer or multiple service discounts are available also.

How We Charge For Our Services
Indoor Air Quality - Testing
- $300.00 to $800.00 for typical four-bedroom home
- $50.00 to $120.00 per sample
Different causes of poor indoor air can need different types of samples. We try to be a conservative as possible while still getting the questions answered. It is not required to do mold testing before a remediation, sometimes "just treat it" is the answer and the sampling costs can be reduced or eliminated.
