I couldn't find this bed anywhere near me and had to order it over the phone from photos only. It took less than three weeks from order to delivery. The delivery men were courteous and on time. It is a very well made product. My friends were able to put it together rather quickly once we got the right sized Allen wrenches. It is sturdy and both my kids love their new beds. I love the look and feel of the wood and the bottom bed on wheels moves smoothly. I am very pleased with the purchase and service I received when I purchased a zero wall recliner. The price was the cheapest available even with curbside delivery. I do think that $200 to upgrade to in-house delivery is ridiculous so we hade to get our furniture upstairs ourselves. Also, it took a full month to get the furniture. Those reasons are why I am only giving 4 stars.

I bought two of these, One assembled with no problems the other was not machined correctly so I could not get the holes to line up. I contacted customer service and after providing them with a picture they sent me a replacement part and I was easily able to complete assembly of nightstand number #2 . The color is a dull-ish brown black with gold flecks throughout. I plan to spray paint mine a matte black. Overall a good buy and great customer service.
