Once the inspection is completed we give you a tour of the home so that the inspector can go over any details with you and answer any questions or concerns you might have about the home. Our typically home inspection takes between 4 to 6 hours depending on the size and condition of the home.

- $330.00 to $345.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $375.00 to $450.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $650.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $355.00 to $365.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
We price our home inspections based on square footage, foundation type, age of home.
