What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

They need to think about asking how they price, what kind of cleaning comes with a package. What all do they clean in a package. And keep in mind that if they use there own cleaning supplies they will charge a little more then with someone who has cleaning supplies. So always say whether or not you have them.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

All types, from the elderly who could not get to high places or move around to get it done, to stay at home moms who did not have time to clean, to working families who put there trust in us to clean there home when they were at work, to people moving out of a home and needing a good clean to get there deposits back or to move in and want a fresh clean home to start there new life.

We, as in my twin and I,
Were raised to be neat and tidy, and our parents made it fun for us. Cleaning was not just a boring chore our parents forced us to do. I thought my boys the very same way my parents taught me and they love to keep a clean room.

Our answer....we charge by bedrooms, NOT square feet, then talk them trough the packages we offer.

We had a frequent customer who came from Toronto, Canada to stay with us at the Inn. We got to know here very well and found out she was redoing a dilapidated house for a commercial about her business ( phantom screens ) and she needed a cleaner after construction. Me and my sister were all to happy to give her a business card!. We got the job and it took us around 5 hours to clean top to bottom of a one-story 3 bedroom 2 bath home. We still clean it today.
