In September 2009 MLI Shutters also became the only Authorized Hunter Douglas Factory Service Center in the entire Central Valley. MLI added a separate building to accommodate warranty repairs for dealers as well as customers from Merced to Sacramento.

I called the company for a quote on Hunter Douglas Vinyl Shutters based on their great Yelp reviews after getting quotes from other vendors. When the Design Consultant Janice Tracy arrived, it was obvious that she knew her products inside and out. She had great suggestions and was very thorough describing the procurement/installation process. They were very responsive and accommodating in scheduling my installation. The installer, Guillermo arrived on time and efficiently installed shutters on 6 windows in just 2 hours. It was a five star experience with 5 star results!
I just had the Hunter Douglas hybrid wooden shutters installed in my home and they look incredible! I loved everything about the ordering process and I dealt with Josh who was really friendly and professional as were the installers. MLI's prices are also WAY lower than other quotes I got and for a far superior product at that. Some other companies want to sell you shutters made in China which not only take forever to arrive they are nowhere near better quality than Hunter Douglas. Also they were about $500 more which is just crazy. I would happily recommend MLI Shutters and Blinds to anyone.
