I want to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Matt Luke. He has been such a pleasure to work with. We originally were using Terminix and had easily between 15-20 callbacks weekly. Since Matt has been in charge of our pest control service we rarely have more than 4 call backs a week and most weeks we have none.
