I would advise them to not only communicate through email but to have a voice conversation as well. It is very important to be comfortable with the person that is going to plan your vacation. Also, via a phone conversation I can establish rapport with potential clients and identify their needs.

We try to limit the use of paper therefore we email documents unless the client wants a hard copy. We work with suppliers that contribute greatly to the environment whether it be that they are green or make monetary contributions.
