The process used was efficient and the job completed quickly. I noticed that Mr. Jackson was attentive to safety throughout, even taping the wire nuts after they were screwed onto the connecting wires. He provided a clear and simple explanation in response to each of my questions. James is a gentleman in every sense of the word. In addition to his gentlemanly manner of interacting, he removed his snowy boots when he arrived at our home, and thoroughly cleaned up during and following the installation, putting trash in one of the fixture boxes, extra parts in another, and the old fixtures in another. The cost of the installation was very reasonable, about half the price that I anticipated. If I have another home repair or improvement project, I will certainly call James Jackson; he is a talented home repair professional.

He even fixed some loose stairs which was just out of kindness.

5/5 stars Brigitte Thouin October 5, 2014 James has performed various projects in my home: vinyl flooring (in my bathroom & kitchen), Laminate flooring in my workshop, Plumbing (faucet / sink install in my kitchen / toilet install in my bathroom), electrical (wiring my shed, installing extra outlets, replacing thermostats), carpentry (constructed a side gate and repaired fencing) and many other projects. All of his work has been of high quality and reasonably priced. Mr. Jackson is my handyman for life!

5/5 stars Jon Hyde October 5, 2014 James fixed a leak that resulted in a warped cabinet floor under my sink. He replaced the materials with better materials . He also changed a shower head and fixed my back yard patio fence. GREAT WORK and great price. If you can hire him .... do it!!

Appliance (Major Electric) - Install or Replace - $30.00 to $100.00 per hour - $75.00 to $150.00 for basic appliance hookup We have an hourly price but also a minimum. It depends on the type work. Example - electrical work typically is a 4 hour but the minimum is $120. This varies for each type of work involved & based on past experiences in delays, problems, etc.
