With 5% oil life and being new to the state I had to find a new shop. I was spoiled for the last six years when it came to car repairs considering my wife was in senior management at the local Honda dealership. I turned to yelp in search of my new shop. All the local big chains had poor reviews. I only needed an oil change and tire rotation and was pleased enough to book an appointment for service on my other vehicle. Staff was friendly; however, there are four doberman's on site and coming from a large city (even having two large breeds) the dogs caught me guard and after a minute the guy asked me if i mine of which I didn't.
A good honest garage. We took her car there after Bob Lee screwed it all up and tried to hide it (i'm not joking) and they took care of the headache. They kept us informed the whole way and talked through our different options. Prices was a fraction of what BobLee charged and they actually did the job and did it right. They are solid mechanics who know their stuff.
They were great! I called in to see about an oil change and was told to bring it in. I was only there for maybe 30 minutes and it was done! They also put in my AC part for me I'd had in my car for a good bit. Now I no longer have to sweat while driving, so I love them! I forgot how nice it was to ride around in a cool car. Definitely going back for future service on my car. Plus, there's 3 sweet puppies who want to be loved on while you wait, so who doesn't love that?
