The Intersect Fund
For the last five years The Intersect Fund, a New Brunswick-based, non-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) has worked closely with New Jersey’s small business owners providing business training, coaching and microloans. We have worked with more than 1000 entrepreneurs statewide and have disbursed more than $800,000 in loan capital.
With funding from the Hurricane Sandy NJ Relief Fund and the Robin Hood Foundation, we are able to assist small businesses affected by Hurricane Sandy by offering low-interest disaster relief loans. These loans are targeted at businesses that did not qualify for SBA Disaster Loans.
Qualifying businesses must be located in New Jersey and have sustained physical or economic losses resulting from the storm or its aftermath. Most loans will be approved within three days of completion of the application. In additi
