Balcony Job in the Hights
A smaller job but just as important, there was a lot of mold residue and algae growth from run off of the balcony floor along the side of the stucco edge. It was all removed with an excellent outcome and total owner satisfaction.

How We Charge For Our Services

Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch - Clean and Seal
- $0.10 to $0.25 per square foot
- $175.00 to $375.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Typically the patio is estimated by accessibility, type of material, and space. The fence is typically quoted by square foot.

Gutter Cleaning
- $150.00 to $350.00 per cleaning
We typically charge for amount of debris clogged and the amount of gutters.

Pressure Washing - Residential
- $150.00 to $350.00 fixed fee for home exterior (1,500-2,000 sf home)
The size of the stain or area's needed to be cleaned on the house, the accessibility, and difficulty of the clean are major factors in price difference.

Roof - Cleaning
- $375.00 to $450.00 per visit (typical one story house)
- $450.00 to $650.00 per visit (typical two story house)
The type of roof, plus the steepness and accessibility are all major factors in the estimates.

Window - Washing and Cleaning
- $4.00 to $8.00 per pane (inside and outside)
- $2.00 to $4.00 per pane (outside only)
- $3.00 to $6.00 per pane (inside only)

- $25.00 to $45.00 per hour
- $3.00 to $10.00 per pane (exterior only)
Depending on the difficulty of the windows involved, the destination and distance, plus accessibility, and or any time restraints, we can give estimates on the spot over the phone, and can range from $25 a visit, to $150 a visit. It is always recommended to set up bi-weekly or monthly cleaning which always lowers the price significantly.
