He shows up on time and finishes as scheduled, he will work with you in what kind of design you want in your bathrooms. There was some grout in the bathroom that came loose about a month after he finished the bathroom, we called him and he came out the next day to repair it. They were contracted to build a 15’ x 8’ 3-D wall (floor to ceiling) in my livingroom of black granite and travertine stone. Gary was great – from his first visit to my house to get me a bid, I enjoyed working with him. He was prompt, polite and eager to understand my vision of the wall. He and his team were very conscious and careful as I have hardwood floors and made sure there were no scratches or mess with clean tarps being placed on the wood floor for protection.
They arrived on time everyday, were considerate of the noise as I work from home. Work site was left neat and clean each evening.
