How We Charge For Our Services

Wood Flooring - Install or Replace
- $1.00 to $1.25 per square foot installed (mid-grade solid hardwood included)
A basic laying job is a dollar a square foot to install.Borders of any type 1.25 a square foot just the room its in.To patch wood and sand it to match existing wood is a minimum of 300.00.To patch prefinished is 25.00 dollars a board plus cost of wood.Any weaving wood back into existing wood is 15.00a linear foot plus 1.00 sq ft.

Wood Flooring - Refinish
- $1.35 to $1.50 per square foot
I base the cost of the sanding and refinishing on the condition of the floor.New wood flooring would be 1.35 ft sand stain and 3 coats of oil base finish.If the floor is old and requires more sanding than a new floor than the price goes up accordingly.
