A: My advice you get what you pay for. Most very cheap services are not insured leaving home owners at fault if the service provider breaks anything or if they get hurt on your property.

How We Charge For Our Services
Fall Lawn - Rake, Clean, Remove
- $75.00 per hour for raking and bagging
- $75.00 per hour for curbside vacuuming or bag pick-up
- $20.00 to $30.00 fixed fee for 1/8 acre lot
- $25.00 to $50.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $50.00 to $100.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
- $150.00 to $400.00 fixed fee per 1 acre
We can bill onsite or by email with options for online bill pay. We accept cash, credit or check. We try to keep fair prices. Keep in mind we try to stay at fixed prices but every yard has it's own challenges.

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $75.00 to $100.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $25.00 to $30.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $50.00 to $75.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
The average low is a typical not very tall grass, with easy weed eating and edging. The high is based on higher grass with lots of weed eating and edging.

Leaf Cleanup and Removal
- $100.00 to $150.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
We typically charge by the hour at the moment. We are in the process of getting a leaf vaccumm where we will charge $5.00 a bag and a $50 minimum. That includes disposal.

Tree Services - Trim or Prune
- $75.00 per hour (two-man crew)
Price can vary per tree depending on what needs to be done and obstacles to work around

Yard & Lawn - Cleanup
- $75.00 to $100.00 per hour
