Steven P. Besch - President
Steven P. Besch is the Owner, Founder, and President of Besch Design, Ltd. He has been practicing architecture for more than twenty years and coordinates all aspects of a project from the design inception to the completion of the structure. During the construction phase of a project, Steve will be there to assist and guide the Owner and Contractor so that the plans put down on paper are smoothly transferred to a finished product.

Portico Townhomes
This project is a twelve unit townhouse development located in the West Loop area of Chicago at the corner of West Monroe St. and North Aberdeen St. Each unit is four levels with two bedrooms and two car garages.

Sanibel Residence
Located on Sanibel Island in Florida, this new construction single family residence is the winter home of a Chicago CEO and will eventually be the couples retirement home.

Magnolia Residence
This project was a speculative single family residence located in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. It is three stories plus a fully built out basement totaling approximately 5500 square feet. The front exterior is all custom cut limestone.

Galena Residence
This new single family residence is located in the rolling hills of Galena IL. It was designed as a summer residence for the family of five.

BREM
This project is a 5200 SF office build out on the third floor of a Office Building located in Woodridge, IL. It is a family run business, and was a complete gut job and new build out.

How We Charge For Our Services

Architects - Commercial
- $125.00 to $175.00 per hour (plus materials)
Each project is individually assessed and hourly fee determined from that assessment.

Architects - Residential
- $125.00 to $175.00 per hour (plus materials)
Each project is individually assessed and hourly fee determined from that assessment.
If a fixed fee can be determined based on scope it will be an option.

- $125.00 to $175.00 per hour
Each project is individually assessed and hourly fee determined from that assessment.

Designers - Drafters - CAD Drafting
- $125.00 to $175.00 per hour for original plans
