How We Charge For Our Services
|
Architects - Commercial
- $100.00 to $200.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $3.00 to $5.00 per square foot (design cost only)
- 4.00 to 7.00 percent of construction cost
Each fee is customized to the clients needs, goals and desires after consultation, education and advice. Almost any project can be done for almost any fee. The best results need to be analyzed and options given to an informed client.

Architects - Residential
- $100.00 to $200.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $2.00 to $4.00 per square foot (design cost only)
- 4.00 to 7.00 percent of construction cost
Design fee savings create Construction Cost increases; 50-100:1.
An informed client should be given options, must, must be informed.

Designer - Building
- $100.00 to $175.00 per hour
- $1.00 to $2.00 per square foot (design only)
- 1.00 to 2.00 percent of construction
Any project fee can be tailored to an informed clients needs.

Designer - Interior Lighting Plan
- $75.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $750.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee for typical two-story home
All fees can be adjusted to a clients needs, if the client is informed.

Designers - Drafters - CAD Drafting
- $50.00 to $75.00 per hour for original plans
All fees are negotiable.
