We offer USDA BioPreferred, sustainable, vegetable based sealcoat and striping paint products. Our office has a photovoltaic solar system that generates a good share of our electrical requirements. Our other products are waterborne and can be cleaned up without solvents.

We have been in business over 20 years. We can provide a true bio-based sealcoating product that contains 33% vegetable oil and it is resistant to gasoline, oil, diesel fuel, anti-freeze and brake fluid. Most importantly it is durable and stays black! No fading to a bluish gray. We use Graco airless sprayers equipped with auto layout and the latest in laser technology to provide a quality job. Our primary clients are malls, churches, common interest communities, stand alone businesses, manufacturing plants, schools and universities.

Because of the nature of the application and the variability in surfaces and environment it is difficult to offer a cart blanche warranty or guarantee on sealcoating. We are willing to discuss warranties and guarantee with the client if necessary.

Q: Can you help us comply with ADA Regulations? A: Yes. We will work with you to provide the most cost-effective solution. Q: Is your BioSealcoat product really a sustainable solution? A: Yes. It has no detectable polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, no harsh petroleum odors, dries quickly and is a USDA Certified BioBased Product. Best of all, it dries to a rich black surface that is tough and durable and resistant to harsh chemicals.

A client was cited for a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act early this winter and threatened with a several thousand dollar fine if they did not bring their parking in compliance. Striping in Minnesota is a seasonal thing but there are breaks in the weather and with the use of alternate coatings we can get stripes on the parking lot. We also had to relocate all the signs, remove the existing ones, lay out and stripe a new area with 16 accessible parking stalls and corresponding access lanes. We scheduled the work on a day when the temp was right at freezing and used a paint that would not freeze. With the wind chill factor it was about 5 degrees the day we completed the work. We did charge a slightly higher service rate due to the circumstances but we got the job done to the satisfaction of the complainant. Our client was happy, the Justice Department was happy and we were happy! It turned out to be a Win-Win for everyone and the paint is still there. If it needs touching up in the spring we have committed to going back and doing that.
