Aric Gitomer Principal
Aric graduated from Viriginia Tech with a Bachelors of Architecture degree. Upon finishing school Aric moved to Boston, MA to work with a couple of well respected design firms where he learned the nuts and bolts of the architecture business. After a period of time Aric moved back to his home state of New Jersey to be closer to family. He has been a resident of Parsippany, NJ for over 20 years where he now practices architecture. Mendham Residence
This family had a beautiful piece of property, located in the Township of Mendham, and wanted a large home approximately 4,000 to 4,500 square feet. That number changed many times during the schematic phase process which is part of the design process where AGA works through the different possible layouts within the parameters of the agreed upon project. The original proposal was spelled out as follows: first floor: 10 foot ceilings, two story entry with grand staircase open to second floor, study, dining room, great room – two story space (family room) with gas fireplace open to kitchen with eat-in breakfast area, powder room, laundry room and mud room adjacent to a three car garage and sunken entertainment room. Additional features included a back staircase to the second floor. The second floor requirements were: 9 foot ceilings, three bedrooms and two full baths (one bath to be Jack and Jill), master bedroom suite to include sitting area, two walk-in closets and master bath.

Fairchild Residence
This is a charming little home after a lot of love went into it. The owner was interesting in buying this house as a fixer upper and flipping it. The existing home was a disaster and a dark cavern with very little character. We opened up the floor plan added some windows and turned it into a little gem. She had no problem reselling the home and turning a nice profit!

Livingston Residence
This owner inherited his parent's home but to live in it with his wife they needed to give it a more modern and updated touch! We opened up the floor plan and created a much more livable spaces.

Sparta Residence
This owner wanted some funky features and we successfully did it for him. From interesting roof pitches and heavy stone looking features to a very open floor plan. It is a must see!

Parsippany Residence
This homeowner loves to entertain and when he is in the kitchen he does not want to miss out on any of the action going on. We opened up the entire length of the rear of the house so when he's cooking away he will not be left out as to what's going on in the family room or dining room. Huge success!
