How We Charge For Our Services

Exterior or Interior - Paint Removal
- $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
- $1.25 to $2.00 per square foot
1.25 is the low end

Maid & Interior Cleaning Services
- $65.00 to $125.00 per visit for a typical 4 bedroom home
we charge by the job .. it all depends on the cleaning JOB
|
Post Construction Clean-up
- $0.13 to $0.25 per square foot
SQUARE FOOT FOR THE ROUGH AND THE FINAL CLEANING

Pressure Washing - Residential
- $150.00 to $175.00 fixed fee for home exterior (1,500-2,000 sf home)
- $150.00 to $200.00 fixed fee for driveway
prices are staring art the low end

Window - Washing and Cleaning
- $5.00 to $7.50 per pane (inside and outside)
WE CHARGE BY THE WINDOW IT IS LIKE 5.00 FOR THE INSIDE AND OUT SIDE MAKING IT BREAK DOWN TO LIKE 2.50 PER SIDE
