I am writing about our experience with hiring TBC to renovate our house, a 1955 ranch-style house with 3 bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, and living/dining room that we moved into in 1995. We had been looking to add a second bathroom and had originally worked with an architect from NH to do a modest front and rear bump out to give us more room to fit in a second bathroom. This architect had to withdraw from the job and recommended David Kinsella of TBC. David initially made some modest changes to the plan that made sense. Bathroom Designers - Residential - $35.00 to $85.00 per hour Will provide fixed fee cost base on estimated hours.

Construction Management Services - 5.00 to 20.00 percent of total project cost The fee is usually based on the value of construction or hourly based on the required services.

Interior Decorators - Residential - $60.00 to $85.00 per hour (plus materials) - $4.00 to $10.00 per square foot (design cost only) - 10.00 to 20.00 percent of interior furnishings - 7.00 to 10.00 percent of construction cost We typically calculate the number of hours required to accomplish the clients goals and provide a fixed fee.

Interior Designers - Commercial - $75.00 to $120.00 per hour (plus materials) We tailor our fee and services to our clients project and the method which they wish to compensate us.
