Questions & Answers
Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: It is very important to me, as a professional writer for hire to completely embrace the spirit of the assignment for all of my clients. I have a natural talent for this whether writing technically, instructionally, or creatively for all sorts of business related content. I love what I do which is to help my clients put their best ideas, or themselves forward. I like my clients and I derive a great deal of satisfaction when the assignment is complete, whether it is a one-time project or an on-going project or campaign. I have a creative mind with no limits and guarantee that there is absolutely nothing that I cannot create for my clients.

Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: I am involved, most of the time in either creating content for blogs, pins, webs, books or other electronic content that serves social media platforms. Other services include: Branding and Image consulting; script consulting/writing/development and Voice-Over work for all platforms.

Q: In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?
A: We recycle ink cartridges; use the other side of printer paper for print outs that are not for clients or where using a sheet twice won't matter aesthetically to anyone else.

Q: What would you like your customers to know about your company?
A: We always meet the dateline; always come in just under budget. We love what we do. We love having our customers be like family as each one gets our full attention until we are sure they are happy with the project.

Q: What is your company best known for?
A: Amazing creativity

Q: What separates your company from the competition?
A: We are simply better. We keep learning new tools.

Q: Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?
A: We are a writing service so no, not per se, but we do guarantee that we will make as many revisions as necessary to make the customer happy with the project.

Q: What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?
A: After they ask me if I can do a particular project, the next question is always "How much would you charge me?" And my answer is that I work by the project the scope of which is outlined by both of us as we enter into the agreement. I then tell them, firmly, that I charge industry standards for professional writers and that I have a standard fee chart. I do give them an opportunity to work from the line items in the scope of the project so that they can pay incrementally as components of the project are completed. Sometimes the client is working with a tight budget and this allows them to at least get the project started. I do make it clear that I never work on spec or on commission only and that it is against company policy to do so.

Q: Does your company offer discounts to senior citizens or veterans?
A: If the senior or the veteran were disabled, of course.

Q: Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).
A: Our most fun project involved creating a portfolio presentation for a boxing promoter. The biggest challenge in this and in so many projects is the difficulty in getting those testimonials from happy customers or affiliate celebrities. But with patience, we are always able to nail them down!

Q: Is your company a member of any associations?
A: Yes, we are a member of International Association of Writers and Professional Editors; ShoutVox; Freelancer's Union; eCornell Alumni; The WB Television Writers; and lastly the National Notary Association (licensed mobile Notary Signing Agent)

Q: Tell us a little about your company.
A: We are a small 2 person professional research and writer team. Combined we have more than 40 years and have written for just about any and every possible market that requires branding, social media marketing, specialized research for writing projects, technical manuals and image consulting. We love what we do, and we love completed projects that make our clients happy. We are natural born writers who write for the love of writing and researching for ourselves and who enjoy our clients projects.

Q: Has your company received any awards?
A: Yes, a publishing award from World Karate Union for writing a book on self-care for those in the military, police or combative sports.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? (cash, check, credit cards, etc.)
A: We accept cash, check, credit cards, paypal and Cracker Jacks! We've even been known to barter if the offer was really interesting or useful.

How We Charge For Our Services
Business Writers - Copywriters
- $30.00 to $100.00 per hour
I prefer to charge a client by the project rather than by the hour, in keeping with industry standards of low to high. If the client prefers to be billed per hour, then I insist that we decide what I can produce for them within each hourly segment. In that way, they have the best value for their money and we are both happy.
