How We Charge For Our Services

Attorneys - Business & Corporate
- $350.00 per hour
For Estate Planning work, I have fixed fees based on the size of the estate and other factors. For Estate litigation do charge by the hour, and that depends on the estate size and complexity. For probate matters, most of those are governed by statute. In the business law area, I charge as little as possible to start-up is they agree to read my book. Then normal rates for transactional and litigation matters.
FINRA complaints: If you have been defrauded by an investment company, I take a small retainer for expenses, and 25% of what I recover for clients. Clients are responsible for filing fees and travel.

Attorneys - Estate Planning, Trusts, Wills
- $350.00 per hour
Most estate planning is on a fixed price-usually between $2,000 and $3,000 for estates below $2M and not complex. These are complete estate plans comprised of a will, trust, powers of attorney, health directive, and the all important HIPAA forms. Large and complex estates can be considerably more.
