What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Choosing a roofing contractor can be difficult.
1. Make sure they're a local, established, and reputable company.
2. Materials make up a large portion of the cost, so cutting corners is common. Make sure quality components are applied as a complete system. Not applying certain components can also void the manufacturer's warranty.
3. Never pay anything up front! If your contractor needs a deposit, find another one.
4. The labor is everything!! Ask for a few referrals and ash how the build went. Good roofing contractors understand the abrasion of replacing a roof, and have large crews...resulting in many residential roofs replaced in the same day. This also is a strategy for avoiding exposed roofs to the weather.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

I commonly run into storm damage when inspecting and older 3-tab roof. If I feel there is enough damage, I will meet with your adjuster and represent you throughout the process. We only apply premium architectural shingles along with 30# felt, ice&water shield, starter strip, valley metal, drip edge, hip&ridge, all new fixtures, and a complete decking renail code upgrade. This upgraded roof system is offered no matter what the estimate ends up being. The most you should ever be responsible for is your deductible.
