Questions & Answers
Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: Hiring an "Independent Certified Inspector" (one who doesn't solicit realtors offices, who is not on realtors lists, and who gets their work from past client referrals), should be your choice because this type of inspector will not sugar coat reports, and will not overlook issues, but will report the exact condition of the home. This type of inspector does his job the way it should be done, otherwise his past clients would not refer him to their family, friends, and coworkers.

Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: Home Inspection is the most common service which home buyers call me to set up, but most often they also want the Pest and Radon, and sometimes the Sewer Line Inspection with a camera.

Q: What would you like your customers to know about your company?
A: I'm an independent home inspector that avoids any conflict of interest by not not soliciting realtors offices. 95% of my inspections come from past client referrals, and 5% come from internet searches where home buyers can read past client reviews, especially my profile on the Better Business Bureau website.

Q: What is your company best known for?
A: My extremely thorough inspections, and very detailed inspection reports that are 2nd to none.

Q: What separates your company from the competition?
A: For nearly 22 years in this business, I do not solicit realtors offices, and I'm not on their lists of inspectors which they give to home buyers. This is a conflict of interest which I avoid. Home buyers are perfectly capable of going online to shop for a home inspector, and they do not need an agent to give them a list of inspectors.

Q: Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?
A: I give the home buyer a 100% satisfaction guarantee refund of the home inspection fee if the buyer is not completely happy with the home inspection and report.

Q: What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?
A: The home buyer asks how much is the cost, am I certified, and what is my availability.

Q: Does your company offer discounts to senior citizens or veterans?
A: Yes I offer a discount.

Q: Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).
A: I inspected a huge house for one of our Pittsburgh Steelers and charged him $5,000.00 and he gave me an extra $1,000.00 tip. I found a few minor issues but nothing major. He said he is going to thank another Steeler player for referring him to me because I was so thorough and was so detailed. He asked me for several business cards.

Q: Is your company a member of any associations?
A: I'm a certified member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi), which is the world's largest home inspection association.

Q: Tell us a little about your company.
A: I started my company in 1997.

Q: Has your company received any awards?
A: My company is accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating since 2005, 5 star rated with,,,, and several others.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? (cash, check, credit cards, etc.)
A: I accept cash, checks, money orders, pay pal, and venmo.
